In today’s fast-paced world, stress and anxiety have become almost a constant part of our lives. This stress often becomes too much to handle and can take a toll on our mental health. Nonetheless, we should always strive to keep our stress levels in check and face up to our anxieties so they do not become a burden for us.
The below poem called ‘Dear Stress’ has been written and submitted by a 12 year old student, Iffat Fatma, and here she talks about facing up to the stress that is having an effect on her. It is also a lesson for us to confront all the pressures plaguing us and face them head on!
