The Forbes billionaire list is a good read for anyone who is interested in the world of business and entrepreneurship. It ranks the richest people in the world by order of their net worth and also provides details on the source of their wealth.

The 2016 billionaire list is available on the Forbes website and, unsurprisingly, it is lead by Bill Gates of Microsoft who, according to Forbes, has a net worth of $75 billion with Amancio Ortega of Zara ($67B) and American businessman Warren Buffett ($60.8B) in second and third place respectively. The top 10 richest people also includes tech giants Jeff Bezos of ($45.2B), Mark Zuckerberg of Facebook ($44.6B) and Larry Ellison (43.6B) of Oracle.

Google founders Larry Page ($35.2B) and Sergey Brin ($34.4B) come in at number 12 and 13 on the list while US president-elect Donald Trump is ranked at 324 on the list with a net worth of $4.5B.
