TED talks: My philosophy for a happy life – Sam Berns

Sampson Gordon “Sam” Berns was an American teen who had the rare disease progeria and helped raise awareness about it. He was the subject of the HBO documentary Life According to Sam which was screened in January 2013. He died one year later at the age of 17, after appearing in the TEDx Talks video below titled “My philosophy for a happy life.” In this inspirational video, Sam talks about how he leads a happy life despite being diagnosed with a life threatening illness.
